Revenue Operations Manager

Terminus is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the resident sales technology and reporting expert.  You will be critical to ensuring our sales and client success teams have the best in breed processes in place to maximize efficiency and capitalize on the capabilities of SalesForce and other data support tools.  You will have excellent communication skills to facilitate daily interfacing with our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. You be will be the “go to” for users - including basic system updates, promoting proper use and utilization, providing training, analyzing data and providing relevant insights to management to maximize revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Produce accurate and timely reports that provide management with key actionable insights to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure integrity of data in Salesforce and other sales support tools
  • Run custom reports to enable planning and efficiency improvements
  • Onboard and train employees in use of Salesforce and other technology tools
  • Monitor all leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts as appropriate
  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Work with sales management to create processes to monitor activities, trends, sales, and leads
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboard
  • Facilitate forecasting process within sales
  • Collaborate with finance to calculate and verify monthly commission amounts
  • Act as salesforce administrator
  • Apply analytical skills to develop market insights and create actionable sales strategies
  • Prepare monthly forecasting/attainment reports along with insights as to what is working and what is not


  • Advanced technical skill with Salesforce and Excel required. Experience with InsightSquared and Gainsight are a plus
  • Experience with a fast-growing startup preferred
  • Able to communicate with various stakeholders of varying personality profiles
  • Ability to learn quickly and navigate in a fast-paced environment
  • Be open to “wearing multiple hats” with a readiness to support all members of the Terminus team - Flexibility is key for this role!

  • Education: BA/BS/MS
  • 3-5 Years of experience as a Revenue Operations Manager or similar role
